How to Purchase an Extended Warranty
At Checkout: Add an Extended Warranty plan to your purchase during the checkout process.Â
Within 30 Days: If you’ve already made a purchase, you can still buy an Extended Warranty within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simply log into your Aura Fire account, find your order, and select the Extended Warranty option.
What’s Covered?
Accidental Damage: Protection against accidental drops, spills, and other mishaps (if applicable).
Replacement:Â If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new or refurbished item of similar specifications.
How to File a Claim
Log In: Log into your Aura Fire account and navigate to the Extended Warranty section.
