3. Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all eligible items. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and affix it to your package.

4. Packaging: Pack your items securely in the original packaging. Include any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with the product.

5. Shipping the Return: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup if available.

6. Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Conditions and Exceptions
