Please note: Your order will only ship after passing our rigorous quality checks. Loose diamonds are sent out immediately post-inspection, while other jewelry and engagement rings are typically shipped within one to three weeks, depending on production times.

We use FedEx, UPS, or USPS (where applicable) for all shipments to guarantee fast, secure delivery.
All deliveries must be made to a physical address or UPS location—PO Boxes are not accepted.
A signature is required upon delivery.
Alternate shipping addresses are available.
For credit card orders, we recommend shipping to the billing address on file, but we do allow alternate addresses. You can also have your package sent to a nearby UPS location for pick-up. Contact us for assistance in finding the nearest facility.
Aura Fire does not collect taxes and duties for international orders, but we will provide an estimated cost during checkout. These additional fees will be collected by the carrier upon your package’s arrival in your country.
